I love this Starbucks. The nicest people work here. The place is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is always calm even when busy. One time they even hand wrote “have a great day” on my cup and that that was so kind. The only thing that really sucks is the quality of food and drinks especially with the price increase. I wish I could afford to come more often but they keep making things more and more expensive. I hope it’s at least to pay the lovely employees better wages

From disadvantages I can only notice a long waiting time, but in other aspects my first drive thru experience here was better than I expected! Like, we all know, that it’s just coffee with brand, but I really liked it!

Unfortunately this was not a good visit. Both of the drinks I ordered through the app were made incorrectly. I was able to go back later in the day and have them remade correctly. Good drinks but maybe the Paoli staff needs better training or the app didn’t give them the right information.
