First of all, I want to say that I always have great service from the employees here, especially the morning team, but I guess tonight was THE NIGHT. I went in about an hour before closing time and the girls there were doing cleaning duties. Nothing wrong with that, but when I went up to the counter to place an order Mayra was the one who rung me up. She stepped away from her sweeping duties to take my order. I told her I wanted two toasted white chocolate mocha frappes. She responded with ” you said soy?” and I responded with, “um…regular”? At this point I could tell that her mind was probably somewhere else.

Looks like they have new staff from my last review. The staff they have now is super friendly and they are faster and get my drinks correct. I am happy to know there were positive changes although the Starbucks now looks like a hospital but looks like there’s more space. Love it. Changing my 1 star to a 5 star. Good job constitution.

They got my order correct. (Now, I normally don’t make reviews like this but I was so disappointed in the service) I can’t say the same about my friend though. They forgot her bagel and when she went back to get it, they gave her attitude and charged her .70¢ more. Honestly, they should have given her a refund, or a voucher for 50% off or something, for the mistake. They were very rude about the whole situation. It might be from racial discrimination or something because they were very nice and polite to me. They made sure I was taken care of.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Yes, was a busy Saturday morning, seemed fully staff, but inefficient, staff tripping over each other, not listening to customers. Coffee was made wrong and horrible, overcharged for baked goods and gave wrong change. After waiting over 15 min, finally gave up. Several other customers also complaining about orders wrong. Stay away from here, esp. If it’s busy.

Ludicrously slow service. Waited 5 minutes for them to fumble through one customer’s order, and then ordered 2 sandwiches. 15 minutes later, after asking where my order was, I get told they are going in whatever microwave they have just then. Absolutely absurd service, won’t even consider getting anything from here again

The person at the register was horrible. Lacked customer service, didn’t smile and I had to repeat my drink 3 times (Venti iced green tea sweetened). I waited 20 minutes for my drink with 2 people waiting (they each had 2 drinks). Both of their orders were wrong and had to be made over. When my drink was finally ready, I mentioned the poor service to the barista and she was about to cry. Felt bad for her. She said she knew but it was just the two of them.
