Bartender has no clue how to run a bar or make drinks. It took two hours to get our food which was not what we ordered. Then we were informed that they were now out of what we ordered. Manger was not professional in anyway. She had no clue about the food or how it was made. She addressed me ‘ yeah, what did you want’. Food was super , super greasy. We were not offered a discount for not getting what we ordered or for the nasty greasy mess they served us. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY..that is all grease on the plate, manger told us that whatever they make it with ( she didn’t know what that whatever was) was supposed to do that. Apparently both the cook and the manger has no clue how to cook or prepare food properly

First and probably a last. Our waitress Tracey was awesome! Would give her 5 stars. Reason for 3 star on service was lack of utensils and necessities… There were food runners that have no idea where plated food is going. If I’m ordering a $28 steak, I’m sorry, but I don’t feel appropriate to bring to table and ask who ordered it!!!

Stopped in Feb 11th, bought a Gift Certificate for a Valentines Thank you, Decided to come back for a French Onion Soup, One round Salad Bar, + ( Key Lime Pie made in House) with Ice tea unsweetened- They have Stevia! Our waitress Wendy was a delight. She made our dining experience truly special. I had the beef kebab with sweet potato fries. Wendy suggested a couple of dipping sauces for the sweet potato fries, and those added a piquant savoriness that I truly enjoyed. Of particular note, the sweet potato fries were crispy and hot. As someone who’s made sweet potato fries, getting them to be crispy is quite the accomplishment!

First time visitor. Our waitress, Desiree, was nice and very knowledgeable about the entrees in the menu. My wife ordered the Cajun Pasta (Shrimp), I ordered the Top Sirloin (12 oz), and we got kid meal cheese burgers for the kids. My wife wouldn’t stop raving about the flavor of the pasta. My Sirloin cooked as requested (medium), was tender, and exploding with savoury flavor. I snook a bite of my kid’s kids meal burger which surprised me with the amount of flavor it has (on par with Red Robin’s ‘Gourmet’ burgers) which the kids devoured. For dessert we shared the Deluxe Chocolate Cake which was truly delicious. Unfortunately it was all so good I forgot to take a break and snap a photo of it all BUT we did get a photo of the giant alligator they have at the front of the restaurant. Really neat touch to great food. Will surely eat here again!

They definitely need a new barstaff as well as new management. Drinks are stiff on alcohol. Manager has no clue what she is doing and the food is just flat out disgusting. Save your time and money.

Our waitress Sammy was very attentive. Answered our questions and checked back with us numerous times. The prime rib was very good, tender and tasty. Salad was fresh with excellent chunky blue cheese dressing. We will be back.

The potential is there for this place to be great. We went for my wife’s birthday. This wasn’t the $100 dining experience we were charged for (2 adults, 2 teens, 5 yo). We waited a very long time to get our meal, I’m talking an hour at least. And as our meal was finally being brought out, what seemed like a random person because he didn’t identify himself came to tell us a disproportionate amount of what we ordered was no longer available. Without offering alternatives that were available, he stood there waiting for our response. This was our first (and last) visit. The server seemed very out of place, but not like she was new to the job. All in all, we did not get what we paid for.

Greeted quickly and cheerfully and seated immediately despite a pretty full restaurant. Waitress was excellent and took good care of us. The only things I saw at market price were 3 steaks, prime rib and one fish, everything else had prices and our waitress gave us market prices when we asked. Food was out quickly, cooked well and tasted good, on the whole a very good experience.

The best part about the dinner was the waitress Jennifer A. We came in and were not greeted for 10-15 minutes. The food was worse than burger King especially for the price. We’ve been looking forward to this place opening for months and we won’t be back. So disappointing. Roadhouse was so much better.
