Last oct when I was homeless it was a wonderful early morning oasis. I stood at the counter waiting for four people to fill drive through orders first. Crumbs on big table no chairs brought outside yet. But today downtown Starbucks very nice staff. Just right with my dripped coffee and refill. Mary’s vineyard poured so much milk and then cream in I wondered if she’d ever drank a simple hot drip coffee.

By far THE WORST Starbucks in town, I avoid it at all costs even though is the closest to my house because I literally waste money every time I continue to give them a chance hoping that the managers and employees have been changed, other than that I think this location will continue to be a waste of money and possibly a bad case of food poisoning. I’m literally afraid to eat their breakfast sandwich because the bacon looks raw and soggy and somehow the bread tastes stale and old. Disgusting. Also can we talk about how this is the only starbucks that can’t get their drinks right? Even if they’re not customized which is crazy to me, and apparently other customers have the same experience too. Good luck getting through the drive thru without waiting at least 30 minutes for some stale food and mediocre coffee.

Nice little spot. Service is good. Seems as if the menu needs more options. I remember seeing other Starbucks with more items available to order. Maybe it’s just this store. Still worth going.

The one drink I wanted wasn’t available because the ingredients for it apparently aren’t being delivered to them. I only go there this time of year because of their peppermint drink. But at least they did have a very good caramel drink, so I got that instead.

My FAVORITE Starbucks to go to. Amazing customer service. They all have amazing customer service but I just want to shout out Jorge is just absolutely amazing. I feel he goes above and beyond for his guest. No matter if it’s super packed, empty, or late, he’s super kind and patient. He’s such an great employee. This Starbucks has such great service.

Friendly and efficient staff! The store has an odd layout but works well if you are solo. The parking lot was congested due to the drive through line, but in our short visit to Visalia it seemed like all the parking lots are laid out on odd angles with unanticipated choke points.
