I’ve been coming to these Starbucks for years and they are really amazing! I personally watch the interactions every morning and today I got to see grind the scenes with the Manager “Matt” how much they care! Watching the baristas and cashiers getting slammed with orders and how they work is amazing and they really try super hard and care! Go Carpinteria Starbucks! Please give Matt and his team a big applaud for there hard work!

This location is always out of so much. They’ve been out of caramel for a week already. No drinks with caramel in it. And now they’re out of strawberries. Cyndi should not be dealing with customers. Her attitude is not pleasant at all! In addition, they’re also out of drink carriers. Love how I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha latte and I received an iced one. So unfortunate that this is the only location in the area.

Today I went into the Starbucks in Carpinteria (around 8:35/8:40) and it was to order 3 drinks before my sons soccer game down the street which started @ 9am. Once I ordered my drinks I realized I should have ordered a few pastries and or donuts so when I saw the line was down I went up to order a few it’s, 9 to be exact and it was pointed out to me btw. I didn’t leave Starbucks until 9:04am and I left without my pastries. My drinks were cold and I was late for the game. The cashier was super nice however he guy in charge of heating up the food was not. i left without my food items and with cold coffee after 25-30 mins. This Starbucks use to be awesome with great employees who all had great people skills and customer service. Not anymore. No one’s even greeted when u walk in.

It’s a Starbucks. You know exactly what you want to get and the baristas are great at their jobs. The WiFi is strong, and I feel they almost never run out of the drinks/food I want to order. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they had a changing table in the bathroom, either one on the wall or a small table with a changing pad. There’s more than enough space in there, and it would make it a lot easier for customers with babies.
