Always consistently the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurant around anywhere. The morning Centre especially is always friendly and cheerful. They don’t act like they resent having to be there like most restaurants these days. They seem to get along and enjoy working with one another. Highly recommend eating here for an experience hardly available anymore.

Went in here with my family for lunch today and I’m beyond disappointed with the place. The empty parking lot should have been the deal breaker here but we went in. Staff looked like they would want to be anywhere but here. We ordered the chicken BLT biggie bag but they gave us the junior bacon cheeseburger one. And it was damn near as cold as it was outside n it’s only single digits outside. The quality of the food was so bad a starving animal wouldn’t eat it. Place needs to shut down

Just picked up our online order, had to wait about 15 minutes for it, but the food was all cold, not fresh, and put together very sloppily. Why is it cold if we waited so long? I literally had to put together our sandwiches out of the bag because they were just thrown into the bag and not wrapped correctly. I called to complain and they told me to bring the food back and give it to them, pretty sure that is not food safe as I have worked in the food business for years. Overall horrible experience, the manager I talked to was rude and they did not want to fix the problem.

I don’t know what it is about this Wendy’s but they are super inconsistent. One day the food will be great, then another it’s over cooked and tough to eat. The service is friendly though!
They do tend to forget add on’s often though. I do understand it’s a stressful job, but, when they aren’t busy, it shouldn’t be an issue to remember to give someone the sauces they paid extra for. If I’m paying, I want what I order.

We live in Chesterfield, so the Wendy’s location in Daleville is super close. I will now drive farther for a better Wendy’s. We only visit this restaurant about once every 6 months because they are consistently trash. Against my better judgement went there for dinner tonight and was made to wait 10 minutes for “fresh food.” The chicken on my sandwich was rock hard, and completely inedible in some spots, as was the bun on my jbc. I ordered 2 sandwiches but could only eat half of each. It’s like this EVERY TIME. Food tastes microwaved. DO NOT EAT HERE

Went about a week ago. Ordered 2 jbc bag deals. Get 1. Have to go back around order another and pay even more. Today I order the same 2 bags. Ask the lady when she gives us our total… thats for 2 right? She seems offended and says Im the manager so Yea its right! And gives a smirk. Fast forward and we recieve 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Thats It. Laura can keep her know it all attitude and the food. We will NOT be back to thia location

My family and I went to this Wendy’s off the highway and when we got our sandwiches we decided to open them and take the top bun off and my sister seen a little black bug on her lettuce. I decided to check mine next and there was another bug, a little bigger, on my tomato.
