Usually this place always gets my drink right but lately it isn’t the case. I just asked for an iced matcha latte with one pump brown sugar and sweet cold foam, they hand it to me and it’s missing cold foam even though I explicitly asked for it. I know Starbucks can be hectic but there was only one other car in the drive-thru with me, it wasn’t rush hour at all. But I kindly ask at the window to add it for me which they do, but as the worker returns my drink the only difference I notice is a white dot on the top, might as well left it the same but I don’t say anything because i didn’t want to cause a fuss. I knew it would taste fine as long as the brown sugar syrup was in there. But as I drove off and took the first sip is what made me come to this review page, I’ve had enough. I was really looking forward to this but the drink tasted nothing like it’s suppose to, it’s like they didn’t even read the order. No brown sugar syrup taste at all. I really believe they handed me a plain matcha thinking I wouldn’t notice the difference. I know this review may seem excessive but I’ve had it, Starbucks is only getting more expensive and if I’m going to spend my money here I want to have a proper drink. The one treat I buy myself isn’t even worth it anymore. Always leaving this place unsatisfied. Please get it together.

I avoid this Starbucks because their staff makes drinks for dine-in before mobile orders. You can also see the previous reviews saying this. I watched people walk in to the counter and still get drinks before mine placed at least 10min before. If you go here and mobile order then be prepared to wait.

Used to come to Starbucks every morning but they’ve started skimping on filling their drinks and tell you it’s to leave space for the foam in a shaken drink. Really disappointed. Won’t be going to another Starbucks again. Almost $10 for a coffee and not even getting what you pay for.

I commute from corona to norco at least 3x a week and stop at the Starbucks that line hamner often. For the past year I’ve ordered either the violet drink or pink drink, venti, no ice and no berries. Its even saved on my husbands starbucks app. I have never received a venti drink not filled to its adequate size like this one. On top of them being short with my “no ice order” they were very rude with complete lack of customer service… I’ve been to this location many times before with no issues and today there wasn’t one pleasant moment. (I did not drink from this, I went straight from there to home to show my family how they did me dirty)
