The best “fast-casual” restaurant experience that I have ever had. We brought in a squad of 10-year-old campers, and the team behind the counter handled our bizarre orders + general chaos like an easy breeze. Today I stopped by the store during lunch. It was only 2 works and they rocked the house. I’m a DoorDash driver! The manager I think he said his name was Mark. His hospitality skills are out of this world. He spoke and assisted everyone with patience and skill. I almost wanted to apply to work with him.

The whole experience was meh Unfortunately the menu you see online is not what you’ll find in the store. I wanted something I saw called Chickpeas in a Blanket, but was informed that the menu changes frequently and that was not a current menu item. I tried to recreate it by building my own, but the combination of those ingredients were not allowed (rice and pita were both in this online dish). I still got most of it, though, then when I sat down I was disappointed that the food didn’t really mix well despite my attempts to squish it around (pockets of sauce, only one ingredient, or complete emptiness) and ranged from room temp to cold rather than a nice warm protein contrasting with cool fresh ingredients. I ate it right away, but it just didn’t hit the spot. I really didn’t care for the overly sweet hot sauce. I tried the mandarin cardamom drink and it tasted like it had potential, and I appreciate taking it easy on the sweetness, but it wasn’t quite there. Kind of like a weak natural cleaning spray, as it was.

Superb customer service, the manager takes time, care, and consideration in making sure that staff provide a pleasant healthy dining experience. Ordering healthy well prepared food like cauliflower rice, lamb balls or salmon kabobs offer a delicate and aromatic feast of the Mediterranean the chicken is delicious as well.. The menu is vast as you can combine your preferences any way you like. I could eat here daily. Stop in order a healthy lunch enjoy the dine-in, takeout or patio experience. Dont forget the cooling lemonades and a cookie to top off your Roti experience

My best friends of 37 years (they’re vegetarian) recommended this restaurant as I’m transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! My first time eating at Roti, I met an awesome young lady who introduced herself as the manager and by name (I apologize for not writing down her name) assisted me with choosing a DELICIOUS meal and welcomed me to return before I left for Atlanta. Returning to Roti a second time, I had the pleasure of meeting the staff- Keke, Verrinda, Jamie, London, and Malic… They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thank you for helping me choose the best and healthiest food choices! I am extremely grateful for the healthy portions! The food was SUPERB!!!! I went in 1 hr before closing and the staff was truly amazing!!! Sometimes when you go into places that’s about to close they are tired and ready to go! NOT THIS PLACE KeKe was so great, polite, and kind to me. She educated me in the food ( I’m from MN) it was my first time in. I mean every staff there tonight was pleasant and gave me an amazing experience. My food is delicious and my falafel were fresh. I would be back and recommend to anyone in the area!
