Hands-down, the worst Starbucks in this valley, is it really necessary to put this much ice every time! They never fail, you ask for no ice and they give you a full cup of ice, you ask for light ice and they do the same. For a $7 dollar drink to have this much ice in it to take two sips and it be done is absolutely insane! The older guy that works here possibly even the manager should step down from his position he has no customer service, so he should probably be working inside in the back somewhere not in the drive-thru of all places, above all he is consistently rude! Put someone spunky and actually nice for your Starbucks guest who actually put a little effort into greating your customers!

Just left here and had such a lovely interaction with the barista, Gracie, at the drive thru window. She went out of her way to thank me for my wait, since there was a large order before mine. Very kind and super welcoming 🙂 also, the coffee came out perfect!!

i know i’m going to sound like a karen but hear me out. i ordered a medicine ball and subbed for agave as i was informed they were out of honey. I asked them NOT to add an additional cup if it was hot. ( coming from past experience, the lid is not stable with a double cup and leaks). i pay for my drink at the window and the gentleman was very polite and kind but as i got home i noticed there was a double cup as steaming hot tea burned my face and neck when i went to take a sip and the drink spilt. it spilt all over me, my laptop and my phone all within a minute. the service was efficient and staff was polite but two stars since they can’t seem to follow a specific order modification

Terrible customer service. The place is very unorganized. They’re very selective with customers. They pick the ones they want to greet and the ones they want to ignore. They play the game I’m busy and wait until I’m done. When it comes to deliveries most of the time they’re barely ready. They wait for drivers to arrive to bag it. The one star goes for 3 of the employees who have done great but most of them still need more training.
