I love this store and I prefer it over the other one in town. Everyone in the staff have been amazing and the manager really goes above and beyond for her employees and customers. She will do everything she can to fix any issues that may happen and make things right. Everyone I’ve encountered has had great customer service.

Honestly so upset with this location. This is the second time I’ve gone and had issues here. The girl that works there with black hair is awful, her customer service sucks and she’s incredibly rude. Not to mention she completely missed the pepperoni and marinara for my sandwich when I asked for a pizza sub. It’s extremely frustrating to go back and have to buy a whole new sandwich because she said it’s not her fault and the second sandwich was still wrong. No marinara and not cut like I asked. Beyond upset with this location. For now I’d stay away until the staff changes

I’ve been ordering online through the app nearly every day after i started working at a building nearby. They have not messed up my order once and have been quick when it comes to making my food so I can enjoy my mid-shift lunch. Love this place

I am a fool for subway cookies! Chocolate chip cookies but the double chocolate chocolate chip were my favorite. This store was clean and in good order. The order line was a little bit disheveled, working over each other getting in the way and complicated the ordering process. I came in only to buy cookies but I waited patiently as I respected the other customers before me. The cookies were not fresh and I have not had much luck finding a store with fresh cookies. Comanche TV subway definitely have fresh cookies or they have done something to make sure they taste fresh. This stores cookies were stale and had a weird taste to them. I gave 3 stars for the cleanliness.
