Loyal 2 a Fault
So today I came here today fir 2 cups of coffee .Horrible service. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I then received warm coffee half filled cup. Then when asked for a correct cup was treated poorly . Took our cups and made us wait 15 minutes more for 2 cups trying to be funny. Customer service is horrible at this location. Darrin was deliberately being rude bcuz he didn’t serve the first order correctly. Def won’t be returning to this location . Seven 11 here I come

I’m one of the late night customers at this one. I give props to the young adults that work here. Always always greet me with a smile and a how are you doing today? To me that’s priceless ❤ and I don’t ever hesitate with a nice tip for them. Food, service and atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. I love Starbucks coffee. I always get the same thing of course . I get the venti iced caramel macchiato. It’s the best , I love the aftertaste of Starbucks coffee. The people are always friendly.. They’re so generous as well to be giving out free ice waters as well. Great place , good coffee, I mean excellent coffee and wonderful workers. They deserve tips!! They work so hard. I’m please basically all the time.

Ordered a coffee and egg bites at 10:08pm and left the drive thru at 10:50pm. On a Tuesday night with only five cars ahead of me. On top of that the coffee wasn’t what I ordered. Cinnamon Dolce shouldn’t taste like Apples. Employees didn’t care or apologize for the wait.
