2/11/2026 around 3:15 or 3:30pm I stopped ar this location and received the best service, the lady working was very polite, loving and just overall great, I’ve been really big on customer service lately because ive been trying to get my daughter to see good customer service for when she starts working, I told her that she was that KFC experience was the perfect example. It really isn’t a place to leave tips so I felt I could say something good about her, not sure what her name but I hope she get some type of recognition because she really deserves it.

I had ordered on the app. Part of my order was wrong BUT I went back in and calmly explained the situation. The manager (mid size black lady with red shirt apologized and made my order fresh, fast, and let me keep the incorrect part of the order. The vibe of the employees was decently high which is rare these days (very understandable fast food morale would suck) next time I pass through the area i’ll be sure to stop in!
Please…consider giving these folks a raise!

You’ll be lucky if they get a single part of your order right. Food comes out cold. Staff is friendly but obviously they do not care at all. They never give sauces. Or silverware.

The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious as always at KFC, but the best part was the staff.
They were very polite, friendly, and helped us with everything quickly and professionally.

Delivery driver experience: they’ll make you wait up to an hour while they continuously fill drive thru and dining room orders after you. You’ll ask them how long, they’ll say it’s waiting on chicken. You’ll ask how long that will be. They’ll say they’ll check on it, then disappear and ghost you. Avoid like the plague.

CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. They will NOT have your food ready. If you order from the app, the store will not be able to cancel your order and refund your money– you will be on hold for the chat agent inside the app! for ages. Employees had their hands tied. Watched several door dashers come in wait and wait and wait, leave with an order, come back and say that the order was missing x, y, z. This has got to be one of the worst locations in Columbus. This is all on corporate. Staff your restaurants better. If we have to speak to an agent to cancel an order, then staff your app better too. How can you be begging people to come back when you haven’t done anything about the subpar service? It causes suffering to customers and your employees. Boycott this place.
