Terrible everything, first of all it took an hour for two large pizzas and pasta. Originally though I requested for two orders of pasta yet those requests went unheard. Onto the food which was horrendous, our pepperoni pizza had close to no cheese on it, was cut using a plastic fork it seemed, we had to pry the pizza out of its circle. Overall very sloppy job, the second pizza wasn’t the worst yet also poorly cut. Then probably the worst pasta I’ve ever seen was summoned, I think they fell asleep while they made it. It was burnt, they barely filled it up, I think they took some pasta home for themselves. Overall terrible, the employees there were uninterested and lazy, sure it was 10pm but you picked up that shift so at least focus for the last few hours. 50 bucks poorly spent 🙁

I wasn’t going to leave a review, because it’s just a pizza place, but I felt like these guys deserve it.
Everyone over there seemed like they cared about the service and getting us pizzas worth eating. Even though it was busy, it wasn’t a long wait and the food didn’t feel rushed.
Angel over there was very friendly and caring to everyone he was working with before us.
It’s a little out of our way to stop here, but if we need pizza we’ll be back for sure.

Super slow. I turn over of employees so you’ll never know what kind of service you’ll get. But most likely it will not be good. Their salads are incredibly small. They’ll feed one person at most or three people as a little scoop to accompany their pizza. But the salads are really gross so I really would not recommend them. Tomatoes are old lettuce wilted onions look like they were cut many days ago.
As far as the pizza goes it’s fine. I will say if you’re only going to do one topping you need to do extra to get a decent amount. They’ll charge you for two toppings but at least you’ll be able to see the toppings on your pizza. Here’s my pineapple pizza which I ordered double pineapple. As you can see it’s barely enough. And then here is the second pizza I ordered of mushroom onions and olives. It had so little cheese that I had to sprinkle more cheese on it when I got home. You could see the cheese I sprinkled on

Quoted ETA for delivery was 27-47 minutes. Oh, how I wish that was true. The order was placed at 6:46 p.m. By 7:06pm it was being “quality checked”. I can only assume they called in someone from Italy for QA because it sat there for the next 30 minutes being checked. Meaning under a heating lamp if I was lucky. At 7:36 p.m., “Rod” took the order to begin delivery. He must have gone and hit up the plug and did a drop-off for them first because he was driving everywhere but in the direction of my apartment. Finally, at 8:20pm he calls me frantically trying to enter the gate when he was already provided a gate code when I placed the order. He also claimed to want to get my order as fast as possible to me, asking for specific directions as if he wasn’t in Narnia for the last hour with my order. Okay, he’s in, you’d think he would have left my order at my door because he was in such a “rush,” right?? Wrong. He calls me again saying I didn’t answer my door and threatens to take the order back to the store with him. At this point, I’m livid and tell him to leave the cold order at my door. He finally did. An hour and a half after ordering. Highly recommend going elsewhere, not just to a different location, but to another chain altogether. This was an absolute train wreck. I don’t even want to give this one star, but it’s as low as it goes.

I ordered three pizzas online through PayPal. When I arrived at Domino’s to pick up my order, the cashier told me my food wasn’t ready yet, so I sat down and waited for about 25 minutes. After waiting, I asked the staff what was taking so long. I was then told that my New York–style pizza had been damaged or burned, and they needed to remake it. This was the second time they had messed up my New York–style pizza.
I also noticed my other two pizzas were already sitting out, and at that point I no longer wanted them. I asked if I could get a refund since I had waited for so long and two pizzas had already been ruined. I also saw several other ruined pizzas stacked on top of the oven that night. The employee told me the money would go back to my account, and I took her word for it.
I never received my refund this took place on 10/20/2025

I placed an online order and the roommate placed an order 10 mins later. Spent $23 on a medium cold pizza delivery. Driver walked up to the door and turned right back around with our pizza. He came back 20 mins later with both orders. I asked what happened and he stated he had the wrong order. Not sure thats true but my pizza was cold. No apologies or refunds. I definitely won’t be ordering here again.

Possibly _the_ _worst_ delivery service I have ever experienced. Ordered at ~4:30 and was given a 45 minute estimated delivery target. On the tracker I watched the updates as the pizza was prepped and baked in ~15 minutes, a little slow but not unreasonable as it was probably a busy night. Then it sat there, done, on a shelf at the store for 40 minutes before being picked up by a driver, then it took another 35-40 minutes to get from the store to me. By the time I received my pizza, nearly two hours after ordering, it was a cold, soggy, miserable excuse for a pie.
Look I don’t order dominos for the quality of the pizza, I mean it got a lot better a few years back, and it is now firmly a good value for money middle ground option. When I do order dominos it is because they deliver that good value for money pie hot and in a timely manner. A practice they have abysmally failed at this time around.

Placed an online order. Delivered on time, didn’t realize I was missing 2 items until the driver left. Try calling the store, but can only connect to their Ava AI that isn’t an AI because it has no abilities to be INTELLIGENT! My phone goes in a loop with Ava for 30 mins because no one at the store will pick up the call. Ava eventually “can no longer hear what you are saying” then hangs up.
Missing items 1 – 8pc parmesan chicken wings & 1 – 16pc parmesan bites.
Online gives so real solution to my missing around totaling around $15. Not going to waste gas and time driving to the store. I will use Pizza Hut next time.
