This Starbucks is consistently below par in drink preparation and service, and is often short-staffed (not the employees’ fault but there’s a problem somewhere). I have a neutral-negative experience 90% of my visits here, so I stopped going. I will drive an extra 10-15 minutes, despite this being the most convenient location for me, because of the consistently low quality at this location.

Stopped here on my way to SD. I placed a mobile order once I got there, the front main door was locked and they had a sign that said that due to staff shortage mobile orders needed to be picked up at the drive thru window. Yet they had the side door open and unlocked and ppl were still going in to place their orders yet mobile orders couldn’t be picked up inside. What’s the point of mobile orders then.

I visited this location in between jobs and have mixed feelings. Although the person taking order was extremely nice and pleasant. The person making my drink did not seem to be able to follow directions. They did not remember how to make a Frappuccino. It is very unfortunate to have had a bad experience.

Friendly employees, fast service, food and drinks are generally worth the money to me. Cozy atmosphere, good variety of items for purchase; tumblers, coffee, tea, snacks, etc. They also have an area outside you can hang out in if you prefer which is great on nice days.
