I know how horrible it is to have a customer show up 10 minutes prior to closing. The nana refused to provide us what we asked for, which was the family meal deal for 19.99. We wanted double frys not red beans and rice / macaroni and cheese. In other words the fryers were already turned off. I work late also . Do better orangeburg

The food is fine here,…if you can get it. Way too often we have come to this location only to find out they are out of fries or something. One time we came to get their spicy/sweet wings, and we were told “we are not making any more of those tonight.” Too inconsistent.

1st of all I love me some Popeyes. Spicy chicken sandwich is a go to. But let me tell you this may be the most nasty Popeyes in South Carolina. I went in and could not see out the dining room windows they are so dirty. I don’t think anyone mops the floors or wipes the tables down! Then after I placed my order which was a mistake. I went to the bathroom that was over flowing and be tracked out into the dinning area. There had to be a dozen people behind the counter and not a one seemed to care. Maybe it was shift change I don’t know. The lemonade machine had not be cleaned in weeks you could see where the had spilled and splashed and it was just left it like a sugar volcano had went off weeks ago. I thought for sure I would get food poisoning so I through my order away and went somewhere else.

Customer service was very nice. It was really busy but service was fast. I finally tried the Chicken Sandwiches. The original Chicken Sandwich with mayo is nothing to brag; now the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is pretty good definitely worth trying again, just wished it had more spicy sauce on it. Both meats are juicy and tender the spicy chicken sandwich is more flavorful. FYI – They are pre-made now, unfortunately you can’t make any changes to them if you wanted extra sauce or no pickles they don’t do it but I do understand; they are just trying not to have people wait longer than they already have too but I do wish we could get extra spicy sauce in a cup at least. *Now, the Apple pies * are a must have soooo delicious . People these Chicken Sandwiches are NOT worth killing someone over, cutting in line, arguing or Hurting yourself or someone else . Please Be Safe!

I ordered 2 six piece garlic parmesan wings and the ghost pepper sandwich combo. Well, the wings were bone dry. They were not coated in sauce, just plain chicken wings. I was also given a plain chicken sandwich, without any ghost pepper seasoning/sauce. Had to wait over 10 minutes for a plain sandwich. It was not busy whatsoever at 11:30 in the am, so no excuse not to give a paying customer what they ordered. Extremely disappointing

The service is not that great at drive through… you pull up and line is backed up and you are told that they are in middle of a shift change. That should not matter in a FAST FOOD establishment. You pay for your order and get home and are short counted by the number of pieces of chicken that you paid for. They dump biscuits in the same box with the chicken. The red beans taste and smell like they have disinfectant in it. If you tell them specifically to make sure all your chicken is included they will still short change you by 1 piece (probably deliberate).
