First of all, manager is not friendly. Just stopped by today to get 5 drinks for the family, spent $25, and got a coffee drink that tasted like instant coffee, a Pink Drink that did not have strawberries (that a child requested) because they ran out of strawberries and they didn’t bother to tell me until after it was made, or offer an alternative drink. Also asked for light ice in a couple drinks, which was ignored because they just don’t care even though we’re paying. Better stick to my usual Starbucks in Temecula where they’re awesome and know how to blend coffee.

The drive through took forever, then i was given the wrong drink and didn’t know until I was on the freeway when I took my first sip. I had not been there for a long time. Asked if they had a caprese sandwich with mozzarella and tomato. Was told they don’t have that anymore. But one of the options they DID have was a mozzarella tomato sandwich (? ).

Coffee taste like insta coffee and they leave coffee grinds and hair in my hot beverage and food every single time I go. I always go to Starbucks but I think I’ll try sunken instead from now on.

All 3 drinks that I ordered for pick up were not done correctly it’s like they didn’t even read my order and just did whatever they wanted. It’s not the first time it happens to me here but paying over $5 per drinks and then asking for tips and not even taking the time to ready my order and do my drinks correctly is a bummer. Check your orders.

I’m sorry but they don’t know how to make coffee drinks is this coffee shop, I spend $30 on drinks I ordered blended coffee drinks and my usual brown sugar shaken espresso and all tasted like they use instant coffee. I went back and order espresso shots to fix my drinks.

Shylo and Esty are my absolute favorite employees at this shop on Rail Road Canyon Rd. The service is always friendly even when the store is obviously super busy. I tend to mobile order ahead a lot of the time. My drinks are always made with love! I enjoy the Mango Dragonfruit with extra lemonade and light ice!
