So, I ordered my drink through the app as usual and when I came in, they were very busy with orders. When I walked over the pick up station, I noticed a drink spilled on the counter and saw drinks were stacked on top of the spill, what made me more furious was it was MY DRINK that was dropped and they didn’t even bother to make a new one for me or at least fill the cup up with whipped cream. I didn’t bother to talk to a batista because they never acknowledge the customers every time I go there for a mobile order.

This is the second time my order was wrong and I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix my order today. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location. The lady that takes the orders in the drive thru even repeated my order back and it was correct but when I got to the window they handed me the wrong drink. It was supposed to be a hot tea with a splash of milk in it and I got an iced tea with milk. I know it’s not a big deal but when you keep receiving the wrong orders it gets old.

While making an in-store visit today (8-4-23), I received a cup of water after placing an order. The TDS Water tester I brought with me had indicated the water quality registered at 13 TDS (total dissolved solids), an extremely low number (the closer to zero = the best). The management should be complimented on being conscious and aware of respecting such an important and basic task of changing the water filter, for everyone’s safety and benefit. A++++ Service. Well done, Starbucks!!

Update: I had an opportunity to speak with Michael, one of the managers and he straightened everything out. I was very pleased on his resolving the issues. Thank you Michael. (Original complaint: My wife and I went in around noon today, the music was louder than a rock concert and made it difficult to hear the person next to you. Then I wanted the “Dark Roast” coffee… I get “sorry we stop brewing that at 10am”. Me, ” I thought this place sold coffee”. Her, “you can buy espresso shots in our regular brews at an extra cost”. Me, “good-bye”.!!!!! This angers me. This is a coffee selling establishment and they stop selling dark roast coffee?. This behavior is unacceptable as I am a paying customer and am NOT required to shop around their schedule. Honestly you stop brewing the dark roast at 10 am, why? It is simple, anyone wanting a good strong flavored coffee will need to pay extra for the espresso shots, pure GREED.)

First, they gave me a completely wrong order, someone else with their name on it and she even said my name at the window. My daughter had to run back inside and retrieve our order. And they just threw my bread in a bag still in the wrapper instead of warmed like I ordered. Poor customer service. And the coffee was all creamer.

Christmas morning the staff working was just on it. I was greeted, I instantly felt welcomed inside this store, & the barista making my drink was super friendly she tried making small talk but was doing a million things at once. This store you can tell is managed very well and they provide phenomenal customer service. As a store manager myself (for a different company) I see the ins and outs and this location in particular has provided a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment.

If I could give this place one star I would I ordered a strawberry lemonade and told them several times no fruit peace’s and my daughter got her drink and she has autism she choked on the fruit and I had to call paramedics to my house and I call and call and there’s never no answer!!!!!!!!

Stopped for a cold drink after hiking. This is the Iced Pineapple Matcha Coconutmilk Drink. They made it fast and it was delicious! Tastes like a tropical candle, but in an edible way 😉 Just be careful to ask for light ice, unless you want the whole cup filled. It was my fault for not remembering.

Ordered a regular drink that I get at all Starbucks location I visit. The coffee taste burnt. I have a lactose intolerance and could not drink my coffee because it had regular milk versus oat milk which is what i ordered. The tomato foccacia taste like it had mold on the bread. I could not go back as I was traveling through. Also their counters were dirty and sticky.
