I simply asked for a Carmel Macchiato stirred and the lady was like “oh you mean upside down” NO, I meant can you stir the drink! Sorry if that was too hard for you to understand but it means you put a straw in and swirl it around the cup not build the drink upside down… maybe they will provide dictionaries for the employees. Thanks for the upside down, not stirred drink, I won’t make such complicated request next time.

The location is not the best because of it being in a small lot, causing there to be an awkward trail of cars from the drive-thru into a back alley. Nonetheless this location provides great and fast service that makes the line run smoothly. I love coming here.

They seem to always run out of the food. One time I tried 3 different selections and this was at 1pm. Other than that, they are fast, friendly and my drinks are great. Haven’t been able to try the food yet.
