I feel bad for the barista because he was all by himself (I work at Starbucks too so I know how it feels) but I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through with 5 cars, and the milk wasn’t even steamed in my tea latte.. I don’t know what the problem is, whether it’s not enough staff or poor training, but I expect better from fellow baristas and I hope that in the future they can get things together and support each other better.
