I really like Pizza Hut. The Pepperoni Pan is my favorite. And so it is with a heavy heart I have to leave this review. Your systems are a total mess, and the staff can’t seem to get anything right. I ordered pizza two weeks ago. An hour later I called in to see where it was. I could not get through. I called three times, and in the end I had to drive over there for the staff to tell me that they had cancelled my order because they were out of ‘pans’. I don’t know what ‘out of pans’ means. I nearly offered to go back and wash a few for them. The bigger issue is that they did not communicate with me in any way. I ended up getting food somewhere else that night.
Tonight, I ordered a pizza again. An hour goes by, and I called in three times. I got through on the third one, each time the system told me that it couldn’t find my order so I was worried the same thing had happened. In the end it didn’t. When I finally got through they told me that the pizza was out for delivery. But, they were again ‘out of pans’ and had sent a different pizza with extra breadsticks in apology. Now, I appreciate this more than just canceling my order, but there is still an terrible lack of communication. They should have called me and asked what I wanted to do.
You need to do better. I had to switch to this location after a previous location’s quality was all over the map. I’m nearly done with Pizza Hut entirely. Very sad slow downfall of a once great pizza chain.

Ordered ahead. It was ready as promised. Great friendly staff here to make your experience a good one. Ingredients were crisp and fresh and tasty. Easy to see from street with good parking.

We had a gift card so we used it. The pizza was not good. The crust was thin and tasteless. Too much sauce. Not enough cheese. It just wasn’t worth the time it took to use the gift card.

The girl behind the counter got my order wrong, as well as another customer in the store getting their pizza and had to give him an additional pizza making him wait longer. Then a young kid comes in and she was messing up the order he was asking for and had to redo it. Someone needs more training!

I think that I was actually poisoned! I called in an order at 10:50. The pizza right away tasted terrible then I did not stop throwing up I had to go to the hospital. They should not answer the phone if don’t want business. I’m getting my blood work in. I ordered through doordash. I am still in the hospital

I have never induced vomiting in my life, but today I think I’ll make an exception. First of all, the “curbside” option was not available because I couldn’t even call the store. Why? Their phones don’t work!? I reached a call center who had no way to contact the store and inform them of my being there waiting for my online order. I reluctantly had to go inside, even though I was sick. When the employee grabbed my pizza, it was sitting on a shelf inside a bag.
After taking my first bite, I felt even more sick and wanted to put a finger down my throat in order to expel the under cooked, bland tasting, concoction this restaurant deins to call a pizza. Even Little Caesars tastes a million times better than whatever I ate tonight. I’ll never eat this “food” again. Disgusted!

This was my first time here at this pizza hut location here in Murray,UT.The pizza I ordered was amazing some of the best pizza I have had from pizza hut.Also the service here was great there were very nice to me and made sure I was taken care of.And it was also very clean so overall I had amazing experience here at this pizza hut location here in Murray,UT.

I placed a order on DoorDash I ordered a pepperoni pizza and my pizza came with out pepperoni I called the number the have on the website and I got connected to someone and he said he would transfer me to someone while I was getting transferred they ended call on me this is very unprofessional don’t eat here I don’t recommend.

Pizza looks/tastes like it was made days ago. Entire pizza was flat as paper. Crust was as hard as a rock. Pizza was so dry it wasn’t even edible. The worst pizza I’ve ever received in an order ANYWHERE. Absolute waste of money and time. I order from here regularly and it’s usually pretty good quality and staff is generally nice and friendly. This pizza was so horrible it needs to be brought to attention.
