The menus weren’t menus they were to go menus. I have a sensitivity to seaweed and prefer to use soy paper on my sushi and the menu didn’t say anything about having that as a substitute. Moving on to my meal, I ordered the katsu steak bento box. Love the side salad and the soup was great. The steak however was really really dry and tough. The pork don was great and wasn’t dry. The miso ramen was average. The pork in the ramen wasn’t super flavorful. The server I would rate her a 3 out of 5. She didn’t ask if we wanted eggs in our dishes, we never got refills, but she did bring us some free boba tea and ice cream for my kids. She had a great attitude but they should’ve had more than one server to wait in the dining room. I’d say if you want to try something new this is more for people who are familiar with Japanese cuisine vs people trying it for the first time.

My wife and I was super excited to see this place open up so close to us.We are huge fans of authentic ramen. We finally had the chance of stopping in for the first time the other night and the restaurant set up is simple and beautiful. The staff is very inviting and very much on top of service. So good even the kids ate everything. Will definitely be stopping in again

The food and service was fantastic! I live near by and saw the signs for the opening and decided we needed to go and try it out and we were not disappointed. The sushi was very good and so was the seafood ramen. The boba tea was also very good and it was my first time trying it. We also got the crab Rangoon’s which were also very good!

I’ve been excited to try this place for days as they just had their grand opening on Saturday 10/25 and I was looking forward to trying new ramen in town.
I understand they have just opened but I don’t think they are properly prepared.
No dine in menus, togo menus were given to us as we sat down. No soda machine, only water and boba/fruit teas. I got the mango milk tea which wasn’t bad, I did appreciate the real mango chunks. My niece got the boba tea and the bobas were still hard and the milk tea was watered down lacking flavor.
We proceeded to get a few apps to start with. The fried gyozas were exceptional, the spring rolls were mediocre and very loosely rolled so they fell apart completely while trying to take a bite. The crab rangoons were very small with hardly any filling at all for the price.

As my meal I got the Yuzu Chicken Ramen. I genuinely tried to eat it but i couldn’t get past the foul taste of the broth. Lacked flavor and the flavor it did have, was disgusting. The noodles were mushy and way too overcooked.
My brother got the Curry Beef Ramen, the broth was pretty good but the noodles again, were completely overcooked. The beef was definitely unappealing and contained weird looking holes and cartilage. They weren’t able to tell us what kind of cut it was which made it even more unappealing. We also got the Chicken Katsu bento box and unfortunately it was undercooked and covered in mayo and ketchup which isn’t described on the menu at all.

This place definitely has potential but unfortunately it’s not there and I don’t know that I will be back because of how bad this experience was for my family. Hopefully this place is able to execute where it’s needed or else I can’t see anyone coming back.

Great food. Went there with the family. It was a Friday night and they were slightly busy. We were all very pleased with the food. Treated us to the teas which were all fantastic. Curry beef was excellent. The ramen was fantastic. The skewers were to die for They were moist and very flavorful. The tempura Don was very good, a little too sweet but that is personal preference.
The only thing wrong was the timing of everything. Ordered sushi first as an appetizer and it came last. Each entree came one at a time instead of all at once. One person was eating while the others just sat there for several minutes until each one got their plate. Believe the timing thing will improve the longer they are open. It was open only a few weeks when we went. We will be going back for sure because it was a memorable meal.

Been wanting to try this place since I first saw it pop up! My friends and I went and everything was delicious! The staff were kind and made sure to check on us often, and our food came out quick and delicious! We got the pork katsu bento box, the chicken ramen, and tonkatsu ramen! The katsu bento was nice and crispy and the ramens were flavorful! We even got the Thai tea and it wasn’t overly sweet, it was just right. Also tried some sushi rolls and they were amazing as well! We’re all very excited to have a new ramen place closer to us and to try more on the menu!

First time here. Saw an advert on facebook and had to come. Very beautiful place, but definitely a to go only store. Don’t come here expecting to sample food. I love Japanese cuisine and wanted to try what they had. I was questioned about getting a Ramen and a bento box for myself. So I said for it to go. I didn’t want to fight! Someone who is on a glp-1 diet, yes that’s a lot of food, so I get it. I was asked 3 times and once more before I checked out if I wanted it to go! I will not be back, did not feel welcome. Everything just played out so very weird.

Now for the food: The Tan Tan ramen is mildly spicy and delicious and a very large portion and The milk tea was decadent.
15% off on Ramen was awesome. Free ice cream was cool, but I’m diabetic, please ask the customers first if they want free stuff.
Can’t tell you what I thought of the bento box, will have to update you later.
