To be honest I don’t particularly love all the experiences that I’ve had at this particular Starbucks I’ve had more bad experiences than I have had good. With that being said we just had the pleasure of having an encounter with Kayla! I took our order and our payment through drive-through and she was amazing! So I definitely want to recognize her and the wonderful job she’s doing… keep it up, you’re the reason I’ll continue to come to this location!

My son had a seizure while i was waiting in the drive through! I wanted to say thank you so much to Allen for his prompt actions to call 911 while i was assisting my son. Beth, you are an amaming soul to offer to move my car out of the drive through line to the front of the establishment for me, as i was clearly shaken up.
