Look, I gotta say I have had my first bad Starbucks experience…this child who helped me really my morning…her name started with a N like naharma with a heart on her name tag. She informed me there was no Irish crème syrup (no prob) can I have the foam instead? Of course she said yes but it would be more. I asked if I can be charged the price of what I wanted instead paying more for the substitution and she’s like uhm no we can’t do that she didn’t ask she didn’t seem to care I just stared because I didn’t wanna mess her morning up or make her look Anyway this early on a Saturday but I am upset. 3 stars because I’m sure she’s a good person but I don’t even like my drink I paid more for

This location the employees are rude and every morning all supplies are out of stock! Today one employee threw my croissant across to another employee and it landed on the table all flat and smashed. I will not be going back again! Rude!!

Im usually not to complaint but . Today i had the worse day at work so i was happy to go get my caramel machiatto, that drink makes me feel good 🙂 when i took the first sip i realized theres no sweetness in it 🙁 i cant go all the way so i kinda fixed it at home but it sucks really , starbucks aint cheap.
