Poor service. She said my rewards was scanned but when I looked up my history receipt is not there and I asked her about it she she don’t know . She rang me in the machine that the scanner is broken . The other girl said in order for me to get my receipt and pts is to void and redo everything. I was in hurry so I said it’s alright . My order is just plain Mocha latte hot . Again she asked me if I want a cream on it and I said no , when I got my order cap was not tight spilling everywhere and it has a foam cream on it ! The top of it she never apologized just even to say I’m sorry ! It’s just like nothin happened ..

I enjoy visiting Starbucks locations. This cute little number is in San Dimas. Dine in is available, and they are quick to make your drink. I’ve been here twice, and the most I’ve waited was probably 10 minutes. The baristas are really friendly, and because it’s located in such a beautiful part of San Dimas, I don’t even mind the wait. I had my usual Pistachio latte. I’m taking advantage since it’s a seasonal beverage. This has become one of my usual stops when I’m in the area.

This is my go-to Starbucks. The customer service inside is excellent. Even when there’s an issue with the order ahead app. They are more than happy to help you. Highly recommend ice cream cheese for those people. Looking for something to cool them off but not looking for the sugar. And they make really good breakfast wraps.

Allison, Sammy, Tori, and Sydni helped me this morning, and as always, were nothing less than professional, friendly, and a delight to be around. Gene runs a great store!
