I don’t even want to give this store one star. Every single order is wrong. This is the closet to the house, which my husband goes to pick up my order. And everytime, they do not get my order right. I always hope since its a different time and day, they may get it right. I order the same one all the time. I always order extra caramel and everytime it’s less and less caramel they put in it. And this time in my caramel ribbon crunch, there is not a single drop of caramel. If they were out, the right thing to do was let him know when he picked up my order.

I decide to update my review since I decided to try this place again. This time they got my order perfect which is honestly the first time but I appreciate the effort so I will be ordering again and depending on how it goes I will continue to update my review but I do wanna say that you guys should make sure that to go orders like uber eats are given straws. Everytime I order from here we never receive straws. Luckily I have some but I’m sure not everyone keeps a pack of straws at home. Anyways this time around was better so I appreciate you guys reading the reviews

If I could get this Starbucks a zero star for unsatisfactory behavior I would I ordered what I always order my camo ribbon crunch which I am aware yes there is whipped cream on the bottom and the top of it but not to the third line of the cup I told him I ordered an event to Grande’s so the girl took my cup back and which she was back so fast that she probably just dumped it into another cup and put more whipped cream in it so I’m leaving this Starbucks this review because this has never happened to me in my life they need to take better care of their customers if you can’t don’t work there I used to work for Starbucks and you guys I would have fired you long time agora update . New person at the window way better service thanks ✨ buck completely satisfied with this visit

Awfully terrible customer service . Young male taking order was extremely rude and took over 15 minutes for two mango dragonfruit lemonades. When the order was finally ready the lady set them on the edge of counter and spilled drinks. Do not come here if you are on a short time frame lunch break or on the way to work. This is the worst Starbucks ever.

Was handed a coffee (iced carmel frap) that spilled while receiving my beverage, the lady was rude and did not offer to fix until I asked for a different cup. Drink was not up to expectations… unsure if I will return to this location. She was unable to reload funds with cash given as “system was down” though with scanned barcode no issues. Seems baristas do not give good customer service.

As always check out my Pro tip below. This is the best place if you want to indulge yourself in a fancy coffee drink, tea or something else that fits your fancy. But amongst the all famous latté, almond, mocha with a shot of blah blah blah I love to make up a drink that they’ve not got on the menu and watch them squirm to figure out if it’s real or not. Like a fat free almond latté flat white…
