This location has a very large lobby, outdoor seating, and a drivethru. Unfortunately the way the parking lot is causes a lot of traffic so be prepared for a little bit of a hassle in the parking lot of the shopping center. Aside from that service is great and drinks came out well. I would recommend stopping by this location.

Very dirty. Nice layout. My order got messed up. My cinnamon roll was placed on top of a filthy counter. Someone had diarrhea and had Hershey squirts all over the toilet. Someone went in to clean and failed to clean it well. The staff was laughing so loud all the time it was hard to hear my phone call. A lady who appeared to be in charge was the ring leader of uproarious laughter that went on for the entire time I was there. The floors and tables, filthy. My order delivered on a counter full of wet coffee, straw paper, filth. The staff should have been cleaning instead of laughing for hours.

Shout out to this Starbucks you guys are amazing, I come here every morning before work, and the store is always very clean and inviting. The staff is outstanding, but the true star of the show is the barista, she is always so fast and takes pride in her job. She’s a very hard worker and we need more people like her in this world.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past two years and I’ve always received great service and the poeple were always so friendly. I’m not sure what’s been going on the last month or so. But the staff quality has taken a nosedive. They aren’t as friendly, they look like they hate life. What happened to being a PARTNER?…. Today I went in and ordered my usual, Iced black TEA with peach syrup… And what do I get in return an Iced Black COFFEE with peach syrup… I of course didn’t realize this until I got arrived back to my job. As a colored man I Went to Starbucks at Laguna Beach and ordered a caramel crunch with no whip. They added whip and when I pointed it out the girl simply took a spoon and shaved the whip off removing the crunch while still leaving some whip on it, rather than making me a new drink. When I complained about the drink they unwillingly and with an attitude made me a new one but made me wait over 20 minutes only to tell me there’s no more crunch left. They succeeded in humiliating me and I just left
