Ordered a sausage breakfast toaster add bacon. This is not toasted whatsoever and the bacon is raw!!! Absolutely pathetic and I was the second customer there two minutes before opening. They were not busy at all, so there is no reason that they should not have actually taken their time and cook this food properly. I’ll definitely drive the a few extra minutes to the Sonic on 51 from now on.

Everything looked/tasted old and stale. Fries were cold, pickle fries were soggy, corn dogs were cold and soft, frito wraps had about 6 Fritos with a tbsp of chili barely any cheese if any….but they did contain a piece of hair.
I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog, it’s only worthy for the trash. $25 wasted.

Bad customer service and the food was awful… I asked for 2 Jr. Breakfast burrito and she charged me for the regular size I didn’t correct her so no problem there, asked for extra bacon extra egg and the egg was burnt, and her attitude was bad when I asked if she had overcharged me. She didn’t, but I was very polite to ask she could have been polite to answer.

Well to begin, we waited for 30 minutes to order. When we pushed the button, the young man was extremely rude and said he would deal with us in a minute. As we wait, the guy walks out to deliver food and he was asked how long before we could order….he ignored us and kept rapping to the music I assume was coming from the earbud in his ear. So the first person orders on one side when he comes back on and ask what we want. Second person still waiting to order (never got to order) while waiting for first person to get their food. The same guy comes out to give the food, was asked if we could order and instead of acknowledging he is being spoke to, he continues to rap. As if that wasn’t bad enough service, we get the cinnabites and they aren’t even cooked all the way! Corporate will also be getting an email but want to warn anyone that halfway considers coming this place….save yourself the hassle!

Be careful–they made a simple lemonberry slush wrong and the manager tried to half-ass a resolution by sending out a cup of candy (something you get charged for btw). When I asked for the slushed to be remade, the manager REFUSED and I couldn’t even get a refund. If this job stresses you out that bad, then maybe quit? Corporate handled my issue beautifully, though.

I just got off work & I wanted something good & filling so I stopped by Sonics & grabbed the Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger & a large totts. This meal took my fuel tank from being on E to a full tank. Then it was hot and fresh & didn’t take long at all for them to bring it out.

I was served the worst ever breakfast this morning. I stopped by and ordered both breakfast and lunch. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese toaster and a large order of tots. The sandwich wasn’t toasted at all. It was two pieces of white bread. It was just cold and nasty, in general. I got a large box, but a small serving of tots. I ordered sweet tea and I immediately noticed that there were only like 6 ice cubes in it. I didn’t say anything to the carhop because it’s clear he has some challenges but he was really nice. When I drove down the road and sipped the sweet tea, it was CLEARLY something that was left over from yesterday. I almost puked when I tasted it. It was an aggravating waste of my money. I ate the large box (small serving) of tots for breakfast. I had to toss everything else.
