Gave this location a shot, never again. Nobody was in line but, it took 5 miniutes to be acknowledged and a few more for someone to take my simple order. All I ordered was a grande Pike, 25 minutes before someone noticed the machine was not printing out the orders. How does this happen!?

I ordered a breakfast sandwich through a delivery service. My sandwich came frozen. It came in the wrapper with no cooking instructions. I called and they said you have to select warmed if you want it cooked. That is very strange. If that is true Starbucks should really switch the option to requesting a frozen sandwich if that’s what is wanted. It’s not a pastry it’s a sandwich.

If you’re looking to get a lecture on Mobile Order Etiquette ask for Annabelle! She will tell you that you just placed the order and will have to wait ten minutes for the order. However since the drive thru line is regurlary long, it has been more than 10 mins when we were greeted at the “speaker”.

What is Starbucks music SO LOUD !? I saw a couple of people working in there with their laptops with headphones to most likely hear their own music and cover up the noise. Two people took calls outside and I’m sure its because of how LOUD the music was. Its NOT the club. It was nicer when it was background smooth jazz.

I went there today and ordered a tall coffee with extra heavy cream and two pumps of sugar free vanilla. I guess I shouldn’t have said extra heavy cream because the cup had about 80% heavy cream and 20% coffee. The coffee was literally white.

Drive-thru cashier was doing things too fast I wasn’t done putting my order in, like if she was trying to rush me. Also my drink didn’t taste great and I think it was missing the mocha but it tasted like a horrible protein shake. Never had this issue in the mornings but in the afternoon this was bad service. Food was still great at least I had that but I was really looking forward to a drink, what a waste.
