I enjoyed the pizza that I ordered to go. Very good pizza sauce, generous amounts of toppings, and friendly staff. When the cook was struggling to keep up and the pizza was a bit late, the young lady at the bar was very courteous and polite. I ordered a soda while I waited and she insisted on not charging for it. The karaoke area looked pretty good and people seemed to be having fun.

KJ’s are always dope, but I keep coming in to be myself, and the bar tenders don’t really like me. They told me, this time, long islands aren’t allowed after 11?

I had one Long Island, and another well-mixed drink, but I couldn’t get into the karaoke very much.

I think they all thought I was crazy, and I think that’s kinda rude to do

Karaoke every night at 9pm except Tuesdays where its at 10. I came in a couple times and the crowd is always different but super encouraging. Singers are always phenomenal here and the acoustics of the room is awesome. KJs do a really great job. I had a fun time

The bar tenders are always nice, but the issue is there is often not a cook anymore and it’s sad because it’s the best pizza in town. But at least 5 times in the past four months we get there and no cook. We have even called first and they say the cook is on her way and then they are not. So we walk out and go somewhere else.

Ordered wings and a couple salads to go tonight and should have check the containers before we left because what we received was abysmal and should not have been served. Dry is an under statement, the teeny over cooked bits were so over done what little meat was there was hard. These were without a doubt the worst wings ever made and went right in the trash. The house salads were also just sad.

Great pizza! Especially for a bar. I play poker there on Tuesday and Saturday, so thats what I order. Most all food there is good.

New review: second time there, so I feel it’s appropriate to leave a completed review. Obnoxiously loud bar, and pricy food. But they were open when I wanted a pizza again, and they didn’t go fuhrer about masks and vaccines. So I’m going to bump this review up to 4 stars and call it a day.

Old review: I ordered a small pizza to go. About an hour an a half later I got it on a plate. For $14 dollars I expected a lot more, but it was clearly hand made, and very tasty. This, two white claws, and a $5 tip came out to $35.

The cocktails are the worst I’ve ever had. So much so that I don’t order any at all any more. Just a place to gamble.

I will never go to this establishment again. My partner and I went out to dinner on Friday, May 30th, 2025 and afterwards stopped by Pyzano’s to watch people sing karaoke. I have been here 1-2 times before. I ordered one drink (vodka cranberry with a splash of pineapple)
The bartender immediately had a terrible attitude. He checked our ID’s and put the flash on his phone and took a long, hard stare at my partners ID. Once he handed me my very watered down drink, he asked if I’d like to leave the tab open or close it. I chose to close it and I chose not to tip due to his very unfriendly, miserable attitude. The total was $10.25. The next day I look at my bank statements and I was charged one transaction of $10.25 and an additional transaction of $8.00. I decided to let the statement process, thinking maybe this is a fee that will be reversed or an error of some kind. Nope. Days later, the statement was processed and I was charged a total of $18.25 for one drink. While filling out the receipt, I left the tip part blank (a mistake I’ll never make again) and wrote the total down-$10.25. I am assuming this bartender made a deceitful and dishonest decision and took it upon himself to turn my “10” into an “18” and leave himself a tip he did not deserve. The man was of Asian decent and looked to be around in his mid 30’s-40’s. Pyzano’s, you lost a costumer because when I called your establishment to try and explain the situation and find a solution- a woman on the phone took down my name and number, details of the situation, and told me she would make sure the manager gets back to me and “gets to the bottom of this” and never called me back. I called on two separate occasions and was told they would get back to me. I’m from the Bay Area, and have used my card at multiple bars and establishments and have never had something like this happen. I moved to this small town 2 years ago. I would usually bring friends visiting town to this place, as I’ve had fun watching the karaoke here the few times I’ve been here. But if I cannot trust that the workers you have here will be honest and trustworthy when I hand them my card, I will no longer step foot in this place. I get it- it’s a dive bar, I’m not expecting a lot but I don’t think asking for honesty is a lot. You shouldn’t take advantage of people because you’re assuming that they’re under the influence and you can get away with it. If you want a tip for pouring a drink so badly, try cracking a smile or saying hello.
I was stone cold sober walking into this place, and walking out. It’s pretty terrible to do this to people. It’s not the $8 that is extremely important, but it’s the principle of the situation. I cannot imagine how many people have had their money stolen from them here.
Goodbye Pyzano’s!
