I enjoyed my experience here. Staff was fast, and friendly. I asked for extra base on the Mango dragon fruit refresher and the lady was very sweet and told me another way to enjoy my favorite drink! I loved her customer service overall 10/10 recommend this location ❤️

I live in the high desert & work in Pomona. I stop here on my way to work. I have always had a great experience at this place but today was not. I ordered a venti pink drink like always & when I got to work and took my first sip it tasted like water literally water. I had to call in to see what happened. The strawberry juice is mixed with water so it was mixed with to much water.

The girl on the phone, I think was named Liz or something similar to that, was very rude. I assume she didn’t know I could hear her and thought she was muted but she wasn’t and instead was telling her coworker that I was “stupid” and they were both laughing about it. Very rude, be better even when it comes to anyone 🙂

It’s unfortunate when there are 6 workers and no one acknowledges you and you wait as they stare at eachother for who is going to assist you. You can stop training and assist customers.

The thing about Starbucks is you get the same experience no matter the store’s location. The staff is nice, the bathrooms are clean, and the drinks are as expected. There is nothing unique about a Starbucks experience, but I think that is why people go there. You know what to expect. No surprises. I go when I have no other options, or I need a bathroom. ♂️
