The layout of the new renovation is the unwisest use of space I’ve ever seen. They made the area behind the bar massive and took away all the real tables and replaced them with booth seats that are too small for anything beyond an average sized butt. They could have made the working area for employees bigger without eliminating space for customers to enjoy.

Used to be a great place to meet friends, do some work or just enjoy your coffee. Not any more after the renovation the interior is HORRIBLE, who thought it was a great idea to replace the four or more person tables with a table that barely fits one person. Along with the they removed all seats and just have this weird couch like seating along the whole side. Along with the you can no longer sit across from someone to talk to them, you need to sit next to them and do some awkward turn to face them position.

We ordered Frappuccino‘s and we’re politely told that we could not have Frappuccino‘s because the store which was newly renovated. It was quite nice actually didn’t have pumps for the base to make the Frapuccino‘s so they said it was a company policy that they were not allowed to pour the base into the cup, and there were pumps laying around that were for flavorings, but we weren’t allowed to have a drink so I told him I’m going to end up going to Dunkin’ Donuts and that’s exactly what I did. I did, however buy a Americano and the girl filled the water up to the top. There was no room for cream so then I told her there’s too much and then she dumped half of my Americano down the drain and fill the rest of the cup with cream. I only asked for two creams so that store newly renovated needs. Need some work on its people badly.

Great tasting coffee! I wanted to double check I didn’t have sugar added to my drink and she just looked on the glass instead of checking with the maker. I asked someone else and she did the same thing. I was really nervous because I had that mistake happen before at other places more than once. They were very busy so I understand. I did get sugar free so four stars it is…customer service could be a bit friendlier and accommodating but under the circumstances they did a good job.
