Was trying to be nice and order lunch my employee and I. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese meals. They were both raw after a couple of bites in. We bit into some pink by accident and after about 30 min my intestines and colon feel like they are being shred apart from the inside. I’ve never felt this type of pain before and walking or any movement at all makes it worse. Called the store and talked to the manager they wanted to replace my burger for the next time(like I’m ordering from them again) and when they said they were sorry it was definitely said with a smirk. I told him I was on the way to the hospital and they should try not to kill the public anymore. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I’m here now. Only reason I’m giving One star is for the girl in the front. She tried… I am a Human Resource Representative. So customer service is embedded in me per say. If I felt like going into detail of the service or lack thereof I would but I don’t. Long story short save your money and I actually THINK they would prefer no business lol truthfully. It’s “easier”. When actual customer service can be SO rewarding. The second star is for the store manager who did process a refund for 2 items. No need to explain why again just go some where else.

The little tiny cashier is dirty and gives nothing but attitude, and dirty as in doesn’t wash her hands before touching the food or anything! She also gives an abundance of attitude…. the other staff are at least decent and somewhat care. The younger lady they hired is very nice and sweet, the other guys are well mannered and fast, as should be. I understand it’s just a McDonalds and work might seem miserable, but don’t continue to work if you hate your job and treat the customers like dirt. Thank you. Giving a 1 because I couldn’t give a 0. Stopped eating here but had to come back because I got a new credit card but nothing has changed.

Made me wait 10 minutes for a large fries. Then fulfilled other orders before mine. Now for those that didn’t order fries, it’s cool, they have to made them and sometimes that takes a minute.

As a former mcdonalds crew trainer, this is without a doubt the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever seen. It was impressive how little has been done correctly in the two chances I gave. Horrid sanitary conditions, incorrect order assembly, rude/apathetic employees. I won’t be giving this place a third chance.

This Mcdonalds was ok but we did habe an issue with one of the staff who was wiping the floor then he went to the register then handle the food without wiping his hands. The Chicken nuggets were cold and they include pickles with My Big Mac after being told no pickles.

We rarely go to McDonald’s anymore, but got a hankering for a cheeseburger and sundae this afternoon. The drive-through was pretty backed up so we opted to go inside. Surprisingly, it wasn’t very busy for a Saturday afternoon. We ordered at the kiosk and then found a table. The young lady who brought our food was pleasant and apologetic for the delay. What delay? It had only been a couple of minutes, pretty fast in my book! We watched as other servers brought food to customers, every one with a smile on their face and an uplifting attitude. We even overheard the staff complimenting each other! The tables were cleaned promptly and trash picked up after customers who were too hurried to care for it themselves. The food was good too – the bun of the burger was not even smooshed down, something which I’ve almost come to expect at McDonalds. This was by far the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. It appears that whoever is managing it has succeeded in establishing a culture that takes pride in their work and attitude. Well done!

The absolute worst franchise location in the history of McDonald’s! Such horrible service for the area it’s in. A constant disappointment. Staff are brain dead like they hate their jobs. Express-less robot like interaction. Cashier removes items from mobile order without updating the customer much less even talk. NEVER any GUAVA PIES and never any PEANUTS for the SUNDAES! Start learning something from CHICK-FIL-A! They have it together. I will no longer be supporting this shitbox location!
