Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I had a business order over $100 so gave large tip up front. They put the small orders that came after mine before me. They ignored my questions—very rude. When I asked for straws they ignored me again and then only gave me two. Asked for more straws, for 9 drinks and she handed me two more. Then she nastily tossed me a bunch when I asked for more straws. Slow, rude and incompetent!

Nice staff. Tasty beverages. But they heavily prioritize drive through. It took 20 minutes from ordering to cup in hand. Thats easily 4x longer than any other location I have been to. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

I’ve had to call twice in regards to a doordash order when I am SURE they were super busy. They were beyond helpful, so kind, and didn’t make me feel bad for my questions/help I needed. And the coffee/drinks are always perfect in person and via delivery.

I was there today and the wait for coffee has not improved. More than 14 minutes. The lady at the window kept chit chatting instead of helping customers. And the coffee was terrible. I will be sticking to the other Starbucks stores who provide better customer service and better quality coffee.

Frank did an AMAZING job on my mocha frappuccino. I always ask for an extra pump of mocha, and almost no one makes it right. But frank did! He is AWESOME, and deserves the praise. This whole store deserves praise. The business was clean, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Got the medicine ball it tasted putrid like the lemon or honey was bad had sediment in the cup which isnt usual..After some other errands went down the road to another Starbucks( located in a store) and my friend got me another one and it actually tasted good.
