Went to get the new Pumpkin drink today as it’s the first day! I also always order 4 Trenta waters every time i go to this Starbucks. The woman(Susan) at the window proceeds to give me grande sized waters. I ask if I can get Trenta waters and she insists I grab the cup hold of grande waters and says “grande”. I said No I got Trenta waters. She then says “oh we are too busy to make the Trenta waters right now so you have to take these.If you want the Trenta, you’d have to come back around and order it” I told her “but I ordered Trenta” she then goes to her coworkers with an attitude and comes back and tells me my scan she processed didn’t work. I don’t remember her attempting it at all but it has gone though before. I understand if she’s new and that maybe there’s a simple misunderstanding but you don’t say “we’re too busy to make you a replacement or come back around”. I have my daughter who was fussy in the car . I used the long line drive thru for that particular reason. I’m not going all the way around for WATER. I don’t agree with the attitude and the unprofessionalism from Susan. I just used another form of payment, got my drinks and asked for her name because if it were me on her position, it would be done this exact way.

Been going here for about three months since I moved to the area. Staff is always friendly! But it’s a 50/50 chance if my drink is made right. I have to say at this point I won’t be stopping by anymore. It’s unfortunate because I’ve never had issues at any other Starbucks my entire life. East coast or West coast.

I have gone to this Starbucks for years. For years it has been PAINFULLY slow. I’m talking sometimes 30-45 minutes to get your coffee through the drive thru. Solidly for the last month or so the wait times have been amazing. I can get in and out quickly. I’m not sure if they have made changes or it is the Dutch Bros across the street taking so much pressure off of them, but 5 stars for the insane improvement on wait times! Thank you!

I’ve been holding off on this review for a long time hoping something would change but I’m just forced to now. The only consistency in this Starbucks is how consistently bad they make their drinks and that’s a feat considering their drinks are usually the same across all starbucks. I’m not sure what they’re doing her but I WOULD NOT waste your time or money. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I had to for how bad they make their drinks here. And I can’t imagine they’d do anything different from any starbucks but it is CONSISTENTLY bad. Im not sure what they are doing but my drink always has no syrup and watered down. So you’re paying $8 for water. NO THANK YOU. Would give negative stars but I can’t.

Passing through Phoenix and stopped at this Starbucks, ordered 2 hot mochas and they’re tepid. It’s like I let it sit for 30 minutes and barely warm. This was the last Starbucks heading out of Phoenix, the next Starbucks is 150 miles away, so I’ll have to drink it like that. I should’ve tasted it before I left.

I always get good people here, but hardly get my coffee how i like it!! I order an Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Expresso with 2 shots only instead of the regular. Someone who took the order for me a few weeks ago advised me to get it Tall in a Venti cup & I did and it was great that day. Next time i ordered same and it just milk with ice. Every time is hit or miss for the taste. But today was it!!!! Put more oat milk or ice at least.

I went there for mother’s day and my wife got a free coffee for being a mother. I went there for Father’s day and they didn’t do anything for us Father’s. Way to go Starbucks for me feel unappreciated and undervalued that day.

I ordered a tall caramel macchiato and I received caramel milk instead. I was told it was because I ordered a tall. Lol. Doesn’t matter what size a cup is, the drink should look and taste the same. I will not be back. Starbucks cost way too much to be given trash.
