I no longer shop at this Starbucks, the coffee is expensive and the smiling cashier always turns the charging point of sale dial keypad towards me asking me to tip before she charges for the coffee. They should sell the coffee with the tip already added to the price. Every where you go many places are digitally begging people- either for some hospital struggling or donations to some school network struggling- save the wales- save the clock tower etc. I think digital begging is a shame for large corporations making money hand over fist, or if they are paying their employees very well, is it just greed that they want a tip besides good pay? What about if they were to add that extra dollar and change would that expose how expensive the coffee is ? People would just give up and head to Circle K coffee for $2.19? Stop the digital begging already, it makes the brand look greedy like the rest of the franchises.

I used to work here, so maybe I’m biased, but this is my favourite Starbucks by far. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Once I was having an absolutely awful day and one of the staff members was kind enough that it turned my day completely around and gave me will to live. Always grateful for these curious coffee people.

Ordered using app online, and picked up at drive-thru. My hubby ALWAYS gets the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher (Ha! Thanks to ME!) w/ 2 limes, and 2 scoops of strawberries, no water, light ice. The drinks were ready when we pulled straight through the drive. We both noticed the drink did not look like what it was supposed to look like. So, the Barista, Craig, double-checked and noticed they added water. He re-made the drink for us, and asked if it looked right, and it did. He gave us the other drink as well! Fast, friendly service, as expected!!

Used to be a really good location. Now they have apparently forgotten the concept of sweetened coffee. Order a coffee with vanilla sweetener? You get plain coffee in a cup. Send it back and ask for some extra sweetener? You get the same coffee back.

Updating an older review. The service is so much better here, compared to the Luke Starbucks just a couple blocks away from us. I regularly drive 10-15 min out of my way just to order at this one because the baristas are so friendly and the drinks are prepared well. I always feel welcome.

Went in the mid afternoon, my drink was not made properly the first or the second time. The barista Taylor seemed very rude and passive aggressive. I kindly asked her to remake my drink and she rolled her eyes and walked away and I had to have another barista help me out. I enjoy going to this location during the morning because they are fast & efficient and I never have an issue with my order and they are always so nice and welcoming.
