Absolutely horrible customer service. The drinks we ordered were in correct so we went back to have them fixed. When we came back the barista laughed and muttered a comment and shook his head as if we were inconveniencing him. Then what I would assume was the manager (hopefully not) shouted across the counter trying to blame it on us. It’s very unfortunate that customer service in general means nothing and people like this are not sitting behind computers instead of trying to work with people.

Majority of the staff was super nice except for Ceasar, he seemed as if helping me was disturbing him (there were no other customers in the lobby mind you). All I did was ask for a straw he answered rudely and walked away as he answered!! Then I went to order another drink at the register and yet again he looked at me with disgust and said we’ll get with you in a while again please note there was nobody in the lobby and another customer service rep ended up helping me while I’m waiting for my drink I observe him come back out and he was laughing and joking and very nice to his coworkers just not the people that are paying and the reason why he’s there makes you wonder doesn’t it

Third time was not my charm. Every single time I order a matcha latte it’s always water down and the cold foam I pay extra for is just bubbles of hardly any cold foam. Plus they are always out of stock of things before 3:00pm. Very disappointing…
