The waiter, maybe the proprietor(?), was playfully witty and friendly. We ordered lumpia, and pancit (bihon, I believe) and tried the ginataang langka. The pancit that was first brought out was with tofu and not chicken as we had ordered. When we pointed out the mistake it was whisked away and was quickly replaced with the correct dish. The food was tasty although I’m not sure that I would order the vegetable dish again, not that there was anything wrong with it just my personal preference. We had hot tea which was served in beautiful vintage china cup sets. Each cup and matching saucer had a unique design which added to the charm. I was dismayed that they only serve bottled water for a fee.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared. The very first time I came to this restaurant, they told me they were only accepting to-go orders, which didn’t make sense since they had tables available for dining in.
I decided to give it another chance. This time, they were allowing customers to eat inside, but the service was extremely slow. We were not given any water, and it took a long time for our food to be served—even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant besides us.
When the food finally arrived, there were no serving spoons provided, even though there were several of us and I had also ordered dessert. I ordered the dessert ahead of time, but by the time we finished eating, the dessert hadn’t even been made yet.
It appeared that only one person was working and handling everything. I do want to say that the food itself is good, but this is definitely not a good place to go if you’re very hungry, because the long wait time will only make you hungrier.

We are new to Oly and wanted to find a Filipino restaurant close by. We tried this place today and it was pretty darn good. We had their ribs and chicken curry. We also added some lumpia. If you are looking for a nice little restaurant serving Filipino food, check it out.

Great food! We ordered the Pancit and the Lechon. It was delicious. The man working there was a pleasure to talk with. Will definitely be back for some authentic Filipino food!

3-3.5 star for me. Nice, cozy Filipino restaurant in the Lacey area. As soon as I walked in, the smell reminded me of one of my relative’s house with the aroma of Filipino cuisine being cooked. We ordered lumpia shanghai for an appetizer. My gf ordered the Ginataang dish and I ordered the Lechon. Both dishes were flavorful. The prices are a little steep for the portions that were served, other than that we enjoyed our lunch.

Paul and Kim make and serve the best Filipino food in town! The chicken curry and noodles are my favorite! But of course the garlic spring rolls are the best! I could come here every day. Don’t forget to try their hola hola on a hot summer day! So good!

The owner was so personable and kind. The jackfruit in the Ginataang Langka was very succulent! I am on the hunt to find it at a local market now. My husband devoured the juicy Halang Halang and appreciated how the chef used dark chicken meat. Looking forward to returning to try their other dishes soon!

We had an excellent dinner recently at Cebu. Calamari were hot, straight from the fryer and absolutely delicious. The short ribs were excellent and served with a nice combo of perfectly steamed broccoli, and a side of rice. And the purple sticky rice dessert is fabulous. Service was quick and friendly. We look forward to returning to Cebu.

The food is edible however I wouldn’t say it was good or that I come again. The lechon Kawali was dry, lack flavor, the condiments came in tiny containers and not as crispy as I would prefer. Presentation was good but it was really hard to cut in bite size pieces. We had to send it back the be cut. Tomatoes, onions with vinegar would be an awesome addition to the lechon kawali. Ginatang chicken was definitely better than the kawali however the flavor was flat, I had to ask for bagoong.
I hope that owners or customers wouldn’t take this review as bad, but views at it as it needs improvement.
I would highly recommend that you have more self serve condiments for dine in guest.

Calamari was not good at all. The serving size was extremely small, it was burnt but cold and tasted old.
Lumpia was ok, crispy and hot.
