I drink Starbucks a lot, probably to an unhealthy level. I like it because I know what I’m going to get and a large is really large, or actually a venti. Lol. I always order with the app and when I pick it up it has the order sticker and that’s it. No interaction, no customer service.

Very friendly staff but slow. Since there is no drive in, I walked in hoping it would be quick, but it took about 15 min to get a breakfast sandwich and a chocolate frap, and the order was not complicated, ordered as is!! I got my sandwich after 5 min, and my drink after I waiting another 10. I had to ask about it because I saw a woman that came in after me get her drink before I did.

I stopped in here twice on two different morning as we explored and passed through the area on summer vacation. While I have cut back on my Starbucks addiction, when we are on vacation, Starbucks every mornings is on the table. Anyway, this was the closest one to where we where staying and I have to say that the staff here was great. Much better then some of the other SBucks locations I have spent my money. They where kind and friendly and given the number of people ahead of me worked quickly to get the drinks done. They didn’t even roll their eyes when I wanted a drink made a certain way, so I could still gets “Stars” for a promotion they where running. They even loved the cup that I had brought in and bought from a Starbucks in a different state. None of this they had to do, but they where genuinely kind people and as a person and customer I appreciated that.

So I am newly divorced and today (July 9th, 2023) was the first time I had to hand my youngest child back to my ex. I was trying to collect myself before my long drive back to California. I thought I was going to be fine but as soon as your super friendly staff asked me how I was doing I lost it all over again. Both of the girls who were there just treated me super well. They were warm and compassionate to me and I don’t get that very often. So than no you from the stranger who you both were so friendly toward.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but when I saw the manager degrading the employees, I figured someone had to say something. I always get great service, and the staff is very courteous, so I don’t quite get why the manager was threatening to fire his whole staff (and not be sorry)just because he had a bad day. Very unprofessional, and I’m shocked after that show how the man still has employees. I will still be a patron, but not for the management. You baristas are saints for not walking out after that

Good coffee and baked goods. Professional staff with great service. Floors were a little sticky, but kept the kitchen very clean. Had a hard time finding a Starbucks near us, by the airport without needing to fly. Enjoyed the electric trolleys that went by.

Overall, it’s a good starbucks. They are just inconsistent. My last two visits they gave me the wrong order and a cold coffee. The shots need to be changed more consistently as well.

They made my ice coffee too light, and gave me a little left over coffee to “fix” it. They were too busy to even get their attention back. $5 ice coffee that was so disappointing. 🙁

Great location! We stayed down the street at the Embassy Suites location for a week during our vacation with the kids. The staff here is very nice and they are very attentive. Highly recommend this place!!
