This location inside Smith’s is the best one I have been to (and I drink a lot of Starbucks!). The whole team knows me by name and has no problem making my daily complicated drink that is not on the menu! Sandy (the lead) obviously does a great job with her team and every one of them is fantastic and kind. I purposely choose this location over the drive-thru location down the street due to their better customer service and the fact that they are always open when they are supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and choose this location if in the Heber area!

Starbucks is one of my favorite places anywhere in the world being from the northwest. This particular Starbucks allowed my friend and I to sit undisturbed working on laptops and phones to warm up on a cold morning without making a purchase. We were on foot in the winter, early in the day, figuring out our next destination after being asked to leave a friends house in the wee small hours of a December morning during COVID. I owe them a nice fat tip when I can afford it again… Thank you for being amazing, SBUX

Tasted there coffee once and never again, don’t ask for straight black coffee they will think your from outer space!!! If I used all the nasty creamers and flavorings that totally ruin a great cup of black coffee like it was meant to be drunken, I might be able to understand why people actually pay that price for a bad cup of joe!

Great service. But honestly, SB coffee is horrible. Acidic up the wazoo, and lots of tannins. I actually like, and I know this is gonna sound crazy, 7/11’s coffee better than SB. Just think before you go wasting your money and make the liberals more money.
