The place is ok lots of homeless outside asking for money felt like you can get stabbed there … its ok if you like that Los Angeles feel in ghetto part.. food was good but I wasn’t given the option of curly frys.. also the cashier guy stuck his finger in my cup as he handed it to me EEEEEEWWW

I have never had a hard time at this location until yesterday night 9/20. I paid for the Monster Munchie Meal and order a shake on the side, the lady read back the order to me but I did not get the new cup but paid for the soda and shake, lady at the window refused to give my receipt or her name and wanted me to buy a new box in order to get the cup. I didn’t even get the chicken nuggets and when I asked for taco sauce she only gave me 2 and closed the window and walked away before I got to ask for a straw.

Went to through the drive thru 10:47pm today. As the cashier Anthony handed me my purple powerade, realized it was the incorrect size. Anthony told me it was regular. I apologized and said if I can switch to a medium. It seemed like it inconvenienced him as he closed the window to talk to his shift manager. About the correction of size drink. Saw her look at me and rolled her eyes to fix my order. Mind you it wasn’t busy in the drive thru. So it shouldn’t be an issue. It was so much of inconvenience for them that they oversalted both my fries. They both disappeared and both were taking long. I asked for ranch didn’t get any. ALSO THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY JALAPEÑOPOPPERS AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT. They gave me onion rings and cheese sticks! Petty night crew.

Ordered burger and this was what I received, looks like 2 halves of two different patties put in the bun. Called regarding this and they hung up the phone laughing. I went back to Jack and they had locked the doors at 8:30 pm, I went thru the drive thru and they locked the windows refusing to acknowledge me until another customer arrived. Then they finally opened the window, I asked for the manager/supervisor in charge, and was told they did not have one, and the best part no one had a name in the 7 staff that I could see. I will never return to Jack in the Box on 5th St and Victoria Rd in Oxnard. My worst experience ever .

Went asked for a ultimate cheeseburger combo. Got charged 34.96 than received a completely different item. I was in a rush so I diddnt catch it. Recipiet was not even offered. They just took my card swiped and gave me the wrong food I overpayed for.
