I have went to this location since I was a kid (i’ve grown up around here). It used to be great but recently it’s been downhill. The donuts have been close to burnt multiple times, specifically the honey dip (they weren’t like that before). The service is much slower than it used to be. They frequently hear the wrong thing when ordering & then the order is messed up.

The service I had was horrible. The lady in the drive through, I believe her name is Kelly took forever to come to the drive through window when I put in my order. She did not speak and would not accept my coupon for a coffee order. All in all, bad experience this time. I probably will not recommend anyone to come to this location.

Went to Tim Hortons at 4:30pm. There was one car ahead of me. It took about a 20 min to get served. I ordered a grilled cheese panini.When I got home I had a grilled cheese and chicken panini. When I ordered, I had to repeat the order 3 times.
