Absolutely love this Tim Hortons location! The bakery display is always stocked with a great variety of fresh donuts, Timbits, muffins, and cookies—everything looks tempting and well organized. ☕
My favorites are the honey dip and old-fashioned glazed donuts, and the Timbits are always fresh and soft. The coffee is consistently hot and smooth, making it a perfect stop for a quick breakfast or an evening snack.
The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place is clean and welcoming. Great quality, great taste, and great value—can’t ask for more. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons if you’re craving fresh baked treats and good coffee!

This place has the best customer service & fresh food. All the employees in there are fantastic & deserve a raise. The service is fast you are not waiting for hours for your food. This is my favorite locations to go to, I highly recommend. Keep up the good work guys.

Today, at the start of the week, I had the best and most delicious black coffee with espresso. I swear it was one of the best experiences. Thank you to all the staff, and a special thank you to the girl who remembered my coffee recipe. She’s a strong, dedicated, and energetic girl. May God protect her. I hope all coffee lovers will try this type of coffee at this wonderful place.

Got a black coffee at the drive thru, it was quick and the coffee was great. The service however was impeccable. I didn’t catch her name, but the Ukrainian girl working the window is fantastic. I couldn’t give her a good enough review. Gorgeous too.

I was in the store about 40 minutes ago on my way to work. I ordered English muffin sandwich with egg cheese and both bacon and sausage. I now see that there’s no sausage only bacon and egg. I tried to call and I’m told that the number has changed, which means they have to update that too. I am usually a satisfied customer but not today. I’m sorry!

Menu broken. However, the drive-through attendant kindly suggested menu items. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and an oreo iced cap. Sadly, my iced cap had no oreo! All in all, it was a decent trip.

I had an experience with the team member serving me my coffee just a few minutes ago at the drive-through for Tim’s (Farmington Hills off 12 Mile Rd), that was unpleasant. I typically have no issue with the service, however I held out my phone to do scan and pay and asked her if ” that is my french vanilla”, because she did not confirm my order or tell me what the price was before I pulled out my phone. She misunderstood and thought I was using apple pay. And when I told her I was using the Tim’s App for Scan and pay, she appeared visibly irritated and stared at me in frustration. When I asked about my order, she said “Yes, that’s what you ordered, isn’t it?, sarcastically. She was rude… for what reason, I’m not sure. Typically, I would not contact the restaurant or write a review about this, but I am a new mother with very little sleep last night and I don’t need this treatment from a business then I have visited on most weekdays every week, for over a year. It is not something that I found acceptable & I won’t be back to this location anymore.
