Morning crew is great, the afternoon crew is fairly crud. Repeatedly messed up orders and overcharged for the wrong drinks. Tad argumentative and poor attitudes. For example, this afternoon I ordered a tall coffee with cream. No problem right? I was charged for an iced nitro cold brew. I tried to correct the guy who rang me up but he brushed me off. I waited at the end of the bar to get my drink, the other barista made my drink and said “here’s your drink,” when I said I ordered a tall hot coffee with cream she told me I didn’t. When I explained politely again that I ordered a tall coffee with cream, the barista rolled her eyes tromped off and got me a hot coffee with cream. No apology, no correction, nothing. I like coming here in the morning before my clinic time, not so much after work.

Love this location!!! I literally feel like I miss out on the delicious sweet cream drinks because I’m lactose intolerant! And these guys actually came up with blending almond milk into a foam and adding vanilla to it!!!! Best cold brew ever!!!!

It was 8:15 pm, at station park, Utah, and I just walked in and I was in line for about 5 minutes just for them to tell me at the moment they cannot take cash. Completely disappointed with the service.

I ordered the guava coconut drink from my app. The flavor was delicious, but the staff definitely didn’t follow the request for “light ice.” Even after my drink was finished, ice still filled my cup nearly to the brim.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a venti mint majesty tea. What I received was not the mint majesty tea. I didn’t realize it because I didn’t drink it right away. The tea is very hot when it is first ordered so I waited and didn’t try it until I was too far to go back. I understand mistakes but when someone orders something that is usually what they want unless they are given an option. That was a waste!!
