I went into the lobby because I just wanted a drip coffee. And I didn’t want to wait in the drive thru line. I order my coffee and instead of turning around and serving it to me. They made me wait at the end of the bar. Drip coffee is already made all you have to do is press a nozzle. Why do I have to wait for handmade drinks at the bar for drip coffee. Awful time management.

Went to Starbucks on Monday December 13, 2021. My son and I were greeted by Nick, who was very friendly and upbeat. I had a sugar free vanilla cappuccino which was perfect! My son had an egg sausage cheese English muffin and a coffee. He like them both. I highly recommend going to this Starbucks because of the great customer service!

Perspective is important so when I read over the negative reviews I realize someone’s perspective may be different from mine. That said, I want to say that I LOVE this Starbucks! I’ve been coming here for many years and the baristas have always been kind and helpful. There were a couple of times when I was in a hurry and my mobile order wasn’t ready. I kindly appealed to one of the baristas who made my drinks quickly and without complaint. To everyone at this location, thank you so very much for always making sure I have a satisfying experience❤️

I never go to Starbucks anymore because of how expensive it is for me as an overworked single mother, however I decided that I actually wanted to eat breakfast for once and get a Chai Frappuccino this morning since I had 15 minutes before work…. NOPE. Pulled up and for no known reason a handwritten sign was on the speaker that simply read “Store Closed Thurs 6/1” no explanation, no reason, in the middle of the week, just closed ironically on the ONE day I decided that I deserved to get something. No time to go anywhere else, had to go to the gas station and bought a meat stick on my way in to work. So thank you to whomever ruined the one morning in almost a year that I decided to try and take care of myself. Maybe if there were an actual explanation on that sign of why they needed to be closed I wouldn’t be so peeved.

Just had some horrible treatment at the drive thru while it was snowing into the car and my husband was completely soaked from shoulder to pants like soaked in freezing cold water from waiting for anyone to say anything, then when he tried, this girl goes “WAIT A MINUTE” we can’t get the window up because we still haven’t ordered and when we finally go to leave the girl (Yasmin, no eyebrows, wearing pin that reads ‘Bienvenidos’-must be worn sarcastically ) goes “Goodbye” like she thinks she doesn’t have to be courteous, just because its busy…like every other Starbucks in existence. she’s not going to last a week.
