I’m in the bathroom not even 3 min and an employee bangs on the bathroom door saying “just checking on you”. You weren’t just checking on me you profiled me and intended to make me feel uncomfortable so I would hurry up out of the bathroom. Starbucks used to have decent food now it’s terrible. Their coffee cost about $1.25 per sip.

Recently started working in this area and needed some coffee this morning. Line had quite a few cars and seemed to be held up a little longer than expected every few cars, but moved none the less. The drink I had ordered was incorrect, but I didn’t notice until I took a drink when I had gotten back to work. (The order was repeated back correctly and the sticker was correct, but regular chocolate was used instead of white chocolate as ordered.) Called the store who offered to make a new one when I returned later in the day. Unfortunate about the wait in line for an incorrect drink the first time, but Leah and the other staff were incredibly kind and accommodating when I returned for the drink remake!
