The staff was so friendly. The girl with the beautiful brunette curtain bangs was sweet as could be. This stop was our saving grace each morning while camping in the mountains. We could charge our phones and caffeinate at the same time. Beautiful views too! Oh, and there’s a fireplace outside on the deck.

This Starbucks is in a convenient location and for the most part the staff are friendly. The drinks are hit and miss though. On my last visit I went through the drive-thru but had to park and walk in because my drink did not taste like it should and had very little flavor. After explaining this to the barista I was “assured that the drink was made properly”…so I was basically being told there was nothing wrong with the drink. It is my understanding that if you are not happy with your drink Starbucks will “always make it right”, I guess it’s in the small print that you have to put up with a bit of attitude on the side. Although she did remake the drink it still wasn’t right and I didn’t have time to deal with her attitude so I left, huge waste of money.

It’s pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is awesome and other times they are borderline rude. The view has got to be one of the best in the US though so we continue to come hoping we get the friendly crew.

Update: For some reason this location is having problems. For three months, my orders have been wrong. I order through the app, so my orders are clear and made ahead of time. On several occasions, the wrong drink would be handed to me and I would have to correct it. Often, my food was forgotten. The last two orders, the drinks were wrong. Even though the sticker on the cup said latte, I was given regular coffee. Trip, after trip, being wrong, I started going to a different coffee shop.
