I asked “LUUIS” for 2 double cheese burgers and he charged me for them but as i opened them up when i got home i realized they gave me 1 single patty. I understand that the employees here are lazy and don’t want to work. But please don”t steal from me. A double cheeseburger is significantly more expensive than a single cheeseburger. If they didn’t have the extra patties and didn’t wanna cook more then communicate that. I would have said cool. Just give me my money back and give me the singles. I expect these type of antics from teens but it was only full grown adults working here today.

The food is pretty good. The service however is hit or miss. The seem to be running in a skeleton crew so I waited for a while before anyone was able to take my order. Other than that it’s a good location. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the food is to order.

This Burger King at Fort sill Oklahoma knows how to make some good food, inspite of the service time and also the problems of they been dealing with like if you have to go to the drive-thru to get your meal. I like the atmosphere that has the whole Military expression that surrounds Fort sill.

They are rude and it’s the only fast food place I have ever heard of not allowing refills. That’s one of the reasons the fountain drink machine is in the dinning area. Also they had no ranch. How does a restaurant run out of items sell all the time? Nobody does inventory and orders in a timely manner? This Burger King is clueless, managed poorly with horrible customer service.

Today I ordered a #3, the Bacon Whopper. The burger was good, but I found a black pen/Crayon thingy in my burger wrapper. It wasn’t on the inside where my burger was, but when I went to unwrap the burger, the pen fell out of my wrapper. I laughed so hard. Honestly, if it was touching my burger then it would’ve been an issue, but it was in the paper, so I still ate my burger.
While I’m reviewing, the drive thru to this BK is very slow, so if you’re tight on time then I suggest Popeye’s next door as they are faster and also have a drive thru. I’ve waited in the Burger King drive thru (I was blocked in from behind) for 15 minutes before, and that is just to get to the ordering screen with three cars ahead.
Customer service is good, and because you wait forever for your food, it is usually piping hot fresh.

It took 3 minutes and the burger was perfectly cooked they got everything right and super fast. 10/10 would recommend you to eat here.

I ordered a sausage egg cheese sandwich and hash rounds. It was so greasy it slid out the croissant. The hash rounds were almost raw and when I asked to cook them longer all I got is it’s the burger King way and she couldn’t do it. The coffee was also nasty. I ended up throwing the whole mess in the trash.
I won’t ever go back.

While we got our food at the window I asked for honey mustard not once but two times and the guy at the window ignored me and shut the door the second time. And I had asked for (no ice) in my sweet tea and ice was filled all the way to the top, the food was okay but the fries were not salty, and the burger was so salty it gave me so much heart burn.

Possibly the worst experience at a burger king ever. Rude, lazy, didn’t give a receipt until asked, didn’t give straws until asked, and was put off by the fact that we did ask for straws and our receipt. Crazy that they get paid over $15 per hour…
