As a person who wears the hijab, my friend and I felt racially discriminated by the employees there when I was handed my drink. It was half empty!!!!! I have tried a lot of Starbucks stores and this by yet is the WORST. Do not recommend to anyone. Reconsidering Starbucks as my #1 coffee shop.

Worst experience at this location tonight. Unorganized and inefficient people with least training. They made our bevereges ready in decent time and then we waited another 15 minutes for our snack. Later they said they are out of reindeer cake pops, while serving the last one to a customer who came after us. At least have the decensy of serving people in proper order of first come first serve. And the claim of Kaden and his associates were, they ran out of those cake pops. In my experience, you are not supposed to take the order if you do not have a specific requested item available, and same was done to check for a second snak that we ordered. They checked for bagel and then took the order. I dont like to give negative reviews, but this was a bad experience when your kiddo is all excited and after 15 minutes of wait you are asked the item ran out.

I stopped by to grab a “Colorado” coffee mug from the Starbucks near the outlets. I accidentally left my wallet with all my ID at the register. When I realized that – I rushed back but they were closed. They were kind enough to keep it for me – intact and opened up to return it. Can not thank the staff there enough for their honesty and concern as I was traveling and would have had a heck of a time getting home. It was a happy ending and I would commend their staff for keeping it safe and trying to find me to get it back to me. Thank you so much!

Coffee was great like usual, however, waited in line for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. The lobby was closed and countless customers left in disgust due to the SMALL sign on the window saying it was closed. It appeared some type of meeting was going on inside. That business decision was definitely a head scratcher!
