I recently visited Medford Pastaria with a coworker and we were very satisfied. I had a delicious meatball hero and a soda,and my coworker enjoyed spaghetti and meatballs with Italian bread and a soda. the food was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

We were planning a bereavement dinner on a Saturday evening which is the most busiest time for restaurants. John was able to accommodate us, took the time and care to plan the menu. He made it so easy and told us not to worry about anything so our family can concentrate on other arrangements. The dinner itself was seamless. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Anna and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all guests had what they needed. We would highly recommend Medford Pasteria!

Came here for dinner, ended up waiting long enough to consider ordering breakfast instead. We were told the wait would be “about 20 minutes.” That turned into nearly an hour while multiple tables sat empty and we were repeatedly told we were “next.”

Went to Valentines dinner and this restaurant is amazing place was beautiful decorated for Valentines Day, food is delicious everything fresh , service top notch and for the holiday they were giving couples a bottle of wine all I can say is we will be returning for another awesome dinner. Good food great polite service clean place the bread and oil was hot fresh baked. The appetizer fried calamari was soft and crunchy, with fresh tomatoes in the sauce, i had the pasta in clams sauce and it was the best, the clams were fresh and tasty, the pasta was very good with the garlic and tomatoes outstanding presentation. The sangria was exceptional, the dessert was awesome lava cake and ice cream, i can not atop talking about the good food at this place they have a bar two fish tanks i recommend you take a drive out east and experience it for your self.
