This store has been my go to for two years. I order an iced coffee with extra heavy cream and 10 pumps classic. They never put that many pumps but I ask for that many because they never add any to my cup. Every time, I mean every time my coffee is awful. It’s never what I ordered. Today was the final straw, I asked for some liquid sweetener in a cup so they wouldn’t have remake my entire coffee again. They weren’t happy. I kept going to this store in the hopes things would change but this makes the 23 out of 25 times I had to wait to drink until I got home and sweetened it. It was obvious today while they were rude that my business isn’t needed at Starbucks so with a broken heart I will have to find another coffee shop. There’s another Starbucks five minutes away on Kipling…….go to that one.

I’m not a regular Starbucks costumer, and I’m visiting for the week. Did not appreciate going through the steps looking up their service options on google last night just to suit up, walk across 4 lanes of snow covered traffic to find a sign on the door that the lobby is closed, but I can order through the app. Don’t have the app, and I’m certainly now going to stand outside for 20 minutes to download in the freezing snow to sign up for a coffee thanks, but update your pages if you’re going to make a call like that to prioritize drive through customers
