First time at this location – what stood out to me was the barista announcing the mobile orders he was currently working on, while also saying the ones that were ready. That was exceptional to me. Wish I had gotten his name, but that extra effort was extremely appreciated. Drink was made pretty well compared to other locations I’ve been to, for the apple crisp Frap. Had been waiting for this drink to return since last January, was so satisfied with how it was made.

This location needs to get it together. Poorly ran and managed. I waited 15 extra minutes for my coffee when the app said it would be ready by the time I arrived. I also ordered oatmeal it did not come out with the coffee. I told one of the baristas that I did not receive the oatmeal I paid for and she rolled her eyes at me. I walked out without my oatmeal because of the poor customer service and will never be back to this location. I will not spend my money where I am not respected. Extremely disappointing.

This location always gives the worst service. It takes forever to get your drink normally, but today it seemed everyone else in line after me received their drinks. Last night I ordered this same drink from another location and today it was disgusting! It’s grainy for some reason as well. I don’t think there is any caramel drizzle even though I asked for it. If you can make it to another Starbucks I skip this location!!

Although this is the store closest to me, the service and drinks are not consistent. One day the person is pleasant, the next, not so much. Same with drinks, which I’ve had to return on several occasions because they were poorly made. Food items are frequently sold out and the parking lot/drive thru is very poorly planned. The next closest store is quite far and the only reason I continue coming here.

This particular Starbucks is in a very busy area of Pearland. I only stop there if we happen to be driving by. It is a very small location with an equally small parking area. No drive thru either. The drinks are the same as any other Starbucks, in my opinion.

Stopped by for a blond roast, but they didn’t have no biggie got a pike. Coffee was old, Luke warm is saying too much. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was a mess though. Drinks that where sitting there for long periods of time. Ice was completely melted. Boxes on the counter not the best experience at a Starbucks. I was very disappointed to have spent money there. The snowman cookie was good my son enjoyed it.

Very Dirty environment. Bathrooms smelled terrible and soap dispenser was broken. Trash all over the floor. It’s not hard to sweep for 2 minutes then continue operations. Also no drive- thru for those wondering
